The Portuguese National Team concluded their Nations League group stage campaign with a 1-1 draw against Croatia on Monday. The match took place after Portugal had already secured their advancement in the competition the previous Friday by defeating Poland at Porto's Estádio do Dragão.
Head Coach Roberto Martínez took the opportunity to make considerable changes to the starting lineup, with only four players retaining their spots from the last match.
